Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Retainer

All session retainer fees paid to Bump to Born Photography are strictly non-refundable. The retainer reserves your specific session date and time, and compensates for the loss of booking opportunity to other clients.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer fee may be transferred to a new session date within 90 days of the original booking date, at our discretion. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

3. Cancellation by Studio

In the rare event that Bump to Born Photography must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g., photographer illness, studio unavailability), you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost, or a full refund of the retainer fee.

4. Digital Gallery Delivery

Once your online gallery has been delivered and accessed, no refunds can be issued. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your images, please contact us within 5 business days of gallery delivery and we will work with you to address any concerns.
